At Kenshi Toronto, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Kenshi Toronto security tags remain intact and the invoice is included.
Ship to Our Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within the GTA or your local area.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
